个人介绍

徐向欣，德国基尔大学法学博士，上海交通大学凯原法学院博士后，2024年2月至今任上海交通大学凯原法学院副教授。主要研究方向为国际法、国际海洋法、深海法。长期专注国际海底区域制度研究，尤其是深海采矿中的环境法律问题研究。曾在国际海洋法法庭及国际海底管理局实习并任国际海洋法法庭临时法务助理。作为上海交通大学极地与深海发展战略研究中心（国际海底管理局观察员）代表，多次参加国际海底管理局大会及理事会。近年来，出版了关于担保国责任和担保国立法的英文专著一本（Brill），在International Journal of Marine and Coastal Law, Coastal Management, Frontiers in Marine Science等期刊发表论文多篇。
