个人介绍

徐向欣，德国基尔大学博士，现任上海交通大学凯原法学院副教授。主要研究方向为国际法、海洋法、国际环境法、深海法。长期专注国际海底区域制度研究，尤其是深海采矿中的环境法律问题研究。作为上海交通大学极地与深海发展战略研究中心（国际海底管理局观察员）代表，多次参加国际海底管理局大会及理事会。近年来，出版了关于担保国责任和担保国立法的英文专著一本（Brill），在Coastal Management、Frontiers in Marine Science等期刊发表论文多篇。
