潘凯军，上海交通大学凯原法学院副教授、法学博士，主要从事国际公法研究。主持国家社会科学基金青年项目等多项课题，在Chinese Journal of International Law, International Organizations Law Review, World Trade Review, Journal of International Dispute Settlement等期刊发表论文多篇。
